TabTrade — The Short Version
TabTrade launched in Q1 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.
That last detail tells you something. It suggests the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. Still better than a random name you cannot trace.
TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres prime brokers run on. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.
What you can trade: FX, stock indices, metals, commodities, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For something that launched in March 2026, that coverage is not narrow.
Platforms
You get: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. A lot of brokers only give you one or the other. Getting both matters. You are not locked into one.
MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MetaTrader previously, it is familiar territory.
cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Cleaner order book. More responsive charts. Built-in algo trading. A lot of traders prefer it once they try it.
Direct FIX connectivity is there for bots but requires the VIP tier ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is apparently in the works. That would be a good addition once it is live.
What You Pay
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. No commission. Easy to track. Zero deposit requirement. Good for anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. So your actual cost per trade can be under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade requires zero deposit.
VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not for typical accounts. Ignore this one unless you move real size.
How Fast Are the Fills
The speed is where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix LD4/LD5. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. The average platform quote a much wider range.
Does it matter? For short-term trading, it does. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the setup is serious. That signals something about priorities.
Pair those fill times with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the total package is strong. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.
The FSRA Question
This is the part that matters. TabTrade is regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No investor compensation scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. Lots of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
That said. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is expensive. Scam brokers do not pay for Equinix connectivity. That does not replace tier-1 regulation. It does be part of your assessment.
The deal: you give up tier-1 protection. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether that makes sense is your call.
The Bonus
Tab Trade runs a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical sign-up bonus. You deposit, the broker credit extra capital. The normal fine print: turnover conditions before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before you commit.
